Toyota Financial Services

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) hired Connective DX to revamp the way people pay their lease online. I was brought in to help illustrate new ways in which users could interact with the site. After many rounds of ideation, the client chose to move forward with the idea that TFS is their “Mobility Mentor.” An entity that converses with the user and helps guide them throughout the life of their lease.

I was apart of the product strategy team that helped design and realize the vision from concept to code. I spent a lot of time in Principle and Sketch quickly iterating and bringing screens to life to better communicate our ideas to the client. Early user testing of the prototype has been promising, generating some positive early feedback. The project is still evolving and I’m excited to see how it continues to evolve once it is in the hands of the users.
